DEBT COLLECTION AGENT
Calling debtors and receiving calls from debtors in order to negotiate payment arrangements for their outstanding public and/or private sector debt, utilizing the appropriate systems (Excalibur). In addition, assisting walk-in customers and resolving inquiries.
Position Title: Debt Collection Agent
Location: Centurion, Pretoria
Duration: Fixed Term Contract
Salary Range: Market Related (Basic + Incentive/Commission)
- Assuring that all work conforms to our client service agreement and that the client’s reputation is maintained at all times.
- Maintain and update debt collection information on both the internal system and client systems.
- Ensure they meet or surpass the daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Negotiate with debtors on payment amount in accordance with the campaign’s terms and settlement discounts.
- Attachment of all correspondence (emails, statements) to the system.
- Respond via text message, WhatsApp or email
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3 years Debt collections experience
- Public sector collections experience advantageous
- Excalibur experience advantageous
BID & COMPLIANCE OFFICER
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bid & Compliance Officer. As a Bid & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bid process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Position Title: BID & Compliance Officer
Location: Centurion, Pretoria
Duration: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: Market Related
- Conduct research to identify and assess potential bids and opportunities
- Manage and coordinate the bid process from start to finish, including drafting and submitting bids
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations and guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Review and evaluate bid documents to identify potential areas of risk
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
- At least 5 (minimum)years of experience in a similar role
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of bid processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
